Full Description

A model farmstead associated with the Duke of Portland. It is constructed of magnesian limestone with a pantile roof. It is in a severely deteriorating condition. Eligible under Phase 4 of the Creswell Townscape Heritage Initiative. It was identified as a priority building in Bolsover District Council's Historic Environment Scheme. (1)
