Full Description

Just above the house on 540 ft contour stands a circular mound. Recent fieldwork has confirmed that the mound is probably an ancient burial site, and it has received attention from the County Archaeologist. (1) Having searched for further sources, it cannot be confirmed that this is a burial mound or even if excavation has taken place on site. (2015). Further citation needed. (2)
