Church Farm House is a fine example of a late 18th century house, previously known as Manor Farm. It has been identified as making an important contribution to the Heath Village Conservation Area. It is one of the few buildings in the Conservation Area to feature vertical sliding sash windows, the majority of buildings having casement windows. See source for more details. (1)
