Full Description

Narrow mineral vein with cuts aliong the length. There are occasdional small wasteheaps and a small shaft on the crest of the ridge. Running south-east drom this are five small heaps of stone that may be collapsed beehive cappings over shafts but given the lack of evidence of further mining could also be heaps placed in advance of building an aborted wall. (1) High on the side of Cave Dale is a 60m long pipe cavern enlarged by miners. (2)
