Full Description

Gilt copper-alloy decorative mount. Discodial stud divided in three circumferential zones, the inner and outer were silver-plated (now missing), the middle zone consists of three interlacing ribbons each composed of two strands, this zone is gilt. The pattern is conventionally dated to the 7th century. (1)
