Full Description
Buildings in this area included crew and flight offices, locker and drying rooms, squadron offices, motor transport sheds, the fire tender shed and the watch tower (control tower.) To the left of the entrance were a group of ten buildings belonging to the airfield defensive unit and here, a few hut bases and the sergeant's latrine block survive. (1)
