Grade II listed industrial housing built by Strutts as a 3 storey stone block in the late 18th or early 19th century. Nos 15 and 17 form a symmetrical pair on the street front and are linked to similar No 13 (at right angles behind No 15) by a two-storey section consisting of a segmental carriageway arch with one window above. They are all built of coursed gritstone with tiled roofs and centre brick chimney-stacks. Nos 15 and 17 have coped gable ends with kneelers. All have one window to each storey (Nos 15 and 17 additional top floor window), either sash-windows or casements. There are stone lintels to doors and windows. (1)
