A Grade II listed 18th century house with the gable end to Chevin Road. Built of coursed stone but part of the ground floor is stone rubble which suggests the remnant of an earlier building. There is a steeply pitched tiled roof with end brick chimneys. The house has a symmetrical south elevation of two storeys, with two sash windows with glazing bars to each storey. (1)
