Early C20. A good example of Strutt housing of this date. Coursed stone rubble laid in wide bands with horizontal bed joints between each band at quoins and band at 1st floor sills. Slate roof with swept eaves. Brick chimneys on ridge. Two and a half storeys with 3 dormers. Nine windows, sashes with glazing bars, those of dormers and 3 of ground floor windows of 3 lights. Doors with flat hoods on consoles pilasters.
