Nos. 21-23 Derby Road, Milford, Belper, early 20th century houses. From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 13/10/2014 5167 SK 3445 5/187 DERBY ROAD (East Side), Milford, Nos. 21, 22 & 23 (Formerly listed as Nos 1, 2 and 3) II GV Early C20. A good example of Strutt housing of this date. Coursed stone rubble laid in wide bands with horizontal bed joints between each band at quoins and band at 1st floor sills. Slate roof with swept eaves. Brick chimneys on ridge. Two and a half storeys with 3 dormers. Nine windows, sashes with glazing bars, those of dormers and 3 of ground floor windows of 3 lights. Doors with flat hoods on consoles pilasters. Listing NGR: SK3485645576' (1)
