Nos. 12-14 Lander Lane and No. 1 The Butts, Belper, an early 19th century terraced. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 3547 3/148 5167 LANDER LANE (west side) Nos 12 and 14 (Formerly listed as Nos 12, 14 and 16) For No 16, Lander Lane (West Side) see under: No 1 THE BUTTS II Earlier C19. Corner terraced block with stone dressings. Rear facades stone. Moulded stone eaves and hipped slate roofs. Three storeys. Six windows in all, generally sashes with glazing bars, first floor stone labels on consoles, ground floor has dripstones. North side of facade has segmental arched stone entrance with rusticated treatment and brick blocking course above eaves. Modern corner shop windows, building angled at corner. Two storey side facade to High Pavement, stone plinth and quoins. Round arched doorway has rusticated stone surround and fanlight. Two windows. Listing NGR: SK3515547505.' (1)
