Pottery farm farmhouse, off Kilbourne Road, Belper, probably an early 18th century building. 'The exact location of this building within the farm complex is uncertain from the data supplied and the present location is suggested from observations on Google Earth.' (1) From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 34 NE 8/229 KILBOURNE ROAD Pottery Farmhouse (Formerly listed under Pottery Farmhouse, Bullsmoor, KILBURN ROAD) II Early C18 facade. Coursed stone farmhouse off Kilbourne Road. Stone coped gable ends with kneelers, off centre and end chimneys. Slate roof. Two storeys, main facade faces south. Three windows, late C18/early C19 casements with glazing bars. Off centre door. Listing NGR: SK3640447549.' (2)
