Full Description

A Grade II listed, early 19th century cast iron milepost with a short triangular sectioned head and canted top, set on a plain column with a simple capital. Each side of the head has a raised fillet to the edges and raised lettering, the west side inscribed 'NOTT 17, RIPLEY 3' and the east side inscribed 'CROMF 6, CRICH 1'. (1)
