Masson House, South End, Matlock Bath, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. DERBY ROAD 1390 CROMFORD ---------- No 86 (Old Masson House) SK 2957 2/75 II 2. Late C18 and later. Ashlar; 2 storeys; 3 sash windows (no glazing bars) in plain architraves; moulded wood doorcase in plain architrave with Roman-arched head and segmental fanlight; bands; quoins; moulded cornice; old stone tiles. Recessed wing on right-hand side and a later wing on left-hand side with 1 sash window. Listing NGR: SK2938257385.' (1)
