Nos. 92, 94, 98 North Parade, Matlock Bath, built c1840. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. NORTH PARADE 1390 MATLOCK BATH Nos 92, 94 & 98 (Fountain Villas) SK 2958 3/124 II GV 2. Circa 1840. Stone; 3 storeys; 3 sash windows. 2 plain doorcases each with rectangular fanlight and Roman Doric portico; plain eaves; stone stacks; hipped slate roof. Methodist Church, Nos 50 to 86 (even) & Nos 92, 94 & 98 form a group. Listing NGR: SK2942058374.' (1)
