Full Description

A pair of Grade II listed early 19th century villas in the "cottage orne" style and one formerly house known as Rock Villa. The building has a stucco exterior, two storeys and advanced gabled wings at each side. The centre has three windows with cast iron "Gothic" glazing bars, and each wing has a later sash window. There are ornamental bargeboards with drop finials, bold lined eaves, stone chimney-stacks set diagonally, and slate roofs. The wing on the right-hand side has a two-light window with a balcony surmounting an open arcaded loggia. There is a large conservatory on the left-hand side. (1)
