Outbuilding to rear of No. 138 The Hill, Cromford, an early 19th century building. 'Outbuilding to rear of 138 Cromford Hill, Cromford. Extant 19th century outfarm. The outfarm is of a row plan with additional detached elements to the main plan. The site is located within or in association to a village. All the traditional buildings remain extant.' (1-4) From the National heriatge List for England: '1. CROMFORD HILL 1390 CROMFORD Outbuilding to the rear of No. 138 SK 2856/2956 1/132 GV II 2. Outbuilding. Early C19; two builds (marked on 1841 Tithe Map). Random and roughly coursed rubble; tiled roof at two levels. Single storey. Front: doorway to left the only opening. Rear: doorways with planked doors, 2 windows with large lintels. Large quoining. Listing NGR: SK2915556404.' (1)
