No. 13 North Street, Cromford, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. NORTH STREET 1390 CROMFORD No. 13 SK 2856/2956 1/136 II GV 2. House. Late-C18. Built to the rear of No. 14 North Street and marked on the Tithe Map of 1841. Coursed rubble; tiled roof. Irregular 3-window, 2-storeyed range. lst-floor windows with C20 casements; ground-floor windows enlarged with top- openers; 2 doorways with part-glazed doors. Listing NGR: SK2947156712.' (1)
