Fountain Villas, Nos. 72-86 North Parade, Matlock Bath, built c1840. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. NORTH PARADE 1390 MATLOCK BATH Nos 72 to 86 (even) (Fountain Villas) SK 2958 3/123 II GV 2. Circa 1840. Later engraved stucco to original stone; 3 storeys; 3 sash windows. 2 plain doorcases each with rectangular fanlight and Roman Doric portico; plain eaves; stone stacks; hipped slate roof. Methodist Church, Nos 50 to 86 (even) & Nos 92, 94, & 98 form a group. Listing NGR: SK2944758379.' (1)
