Nos. 138-142 North Parade, Matlock Bath, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. NORTH PARADE 1390 MATLOCK BATH Nos 138 to 142 (even) SK 2958 3/128 II GV 2. Early C19. Stucco; 3 storeys; 2 windows (no glazing bars) in plain architraves and a 3-light canted oriel window on right-hand side (no glazing bars); plain eaves; slates. Modern shop fronts. Grade II for Group Value. No 124 Nos 134 to 144 (even) Nos 148 to 172 (even) Royal Museum & Nos 178 to 186 (even) form a group. Listing NGR: SK2932058271.' (1)
