Full Description

A Grade II listed early 19th century house with stucco exterior. The house has three storeys, each with four sash windows in plain surrounds, plain eaves and a tiled roof. The house has the addition of modern shop fronts. Formerly shown as House immediately north of Astill's Restaurant. Grade II listed for group value, it forms a group with Nos. 124-126 [SMR9949], 134 [SMR9971], 136 SMR9970], 138-142 [SMR9948], 144-146 [SMR9969], 148 [SMR9947], 150 [SMR9968], 152-158 [SMR9967], 160-168 [SMR9946], 170-172 [SMR9966], 174-176 [SMR9945], 178-180 SMR9965], 182 [SMR9964] and 184-186 [SMR9963] North Parade.
