Nos. 7-9 Sunny Hill, Belper, a late 18th or early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SUNNY HILL 1. 5167 Milford Nos 7 and 9 SK 3445 5/198 II 2. Late C18/early C19. Two adjoining stone cottages recessed in garden to rear of Nos 3 and 5. Two storeys. Tiled roofs, No 9 has higher ridge and end brick stacks. Two windows each, No 9 iron casements with centre opening lights, No 7 sashes with late C19 glazing. Listing NGR: SK3488445082.' (1)
