Brook Cottage, Lea Road, Dethick, Lea and Holloway, a late 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 35 NW PARISH OF DETHICK, LEA AND HOLLOWAY LEA ROAD 1/61 Brook Cottage GV II House. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone with ashlar dressings, quoins central brick stack and stone slated roof three storeys, two bays, with 2-light casement windows below wedge lintels with projecting keyblocks. Doorway to end below a plain flat lintel and a fielded two panel door. Listing NGR: SK3163456099.' (1)
