From the National Heritage List for England:
'CHEVIN ROAD 1. 5167 (East Side) Milford Chevin Farmhouse SK 3446 4/152 II 2. Late C18/early C19. A double pile house. Coursed stone with tiled roof. External end stacks with cornices. Two storeys. Two windows now modern glazing in former sash spaces. Centre gabled porch.
