Full Description
An early 19th century Grade II listed house, back to back with No. 2, Duke's Buildings, Derby Road [SMR40148] and probably built by Strutts. Built of coursed stone, with modern pantiles and end brick chimney-stacks, to an L-shaped plan with a single storey section at right angles on the north side. The main house has two storeys each with three sash windows with late 19th century glazing. It has an off centre door with stone lintels to the door and windows. There is a coped stone garden wall to the street boundary with very large blocks inset. (1)
