Full Description

A Grade II Villa Town House, dated 1827 with later alterations. The original design was by Richard Leaper for Rev. Edward Unwin, Rector of St.Werburgh's, Derby. The house is a fine Regency Villa of 1827 with many surviving interior features, and which was first listed in 2005. The architect is of great local interest sufficient to add interest to the building. See list description for further details. (1)
