Full Description

Remnants of an irregular-stone field barn dating to at least the late 19th century, approximately 3m x 5m, in very bad overall condition with the ruined walls standing no higher than chest height and no roof. No evidence remains of any openings. Surveyed as part of the DerwentWISE Field Barn Project in April 2016. See survey report for further detail. (1) The barn is present on the first edition 25"OS Map of c. 1880. (2)
