Full Description

Remains of a single-storey limestone rubble field barn dating to at least the late 19th century, approximately 7.1m x 4m with a 3m outshot at the southwest end, in a very bad overall condition with walls standing no higher than 2.4m, no roof and heavily overgrown. Located 25m south of a public footpath south of Alabaster Lane, Cromford, the building was surveyed as part of the DerwentWISE Field Barn Project in May 2016. See survey report for further detail.
