SK 1083 7937: Chamber Farm is the possible site of a medieval hall. (1) Chamber Farm, la chambre 1383, Gaunt; Camera in campana, 1441, Dula; The Chamber in the forest, 1577, Sexton. This is from old French, meaning the residence and hall of the Peak Forest. (2)
