Full Description

SK 1155 7868: Possible Bronze Age / Iron Age palisaded site, adjacent to an old stream course. Ringed by a bank nine inches high, which includes limestone and tufa in its construction, with a dished centre. Measures 25m north/south by 20m east/west. Oval plan, with a possible exit facing east.
