Full Description

SK 1040 7675 : WORMHILL MOOR, NEOLITHIC FLINT AND STONE. Collection of Neolithic/Bronze Age flint and stone artefacts, found by Mrs Hunter in August 1974. The collection includes two fragments of stone axe, probably Group VI, waste flint, a chert end scraper, two worked out cores, small quartzite pebbles, burnt bone and a rubbing stone. (1)
