SK 1305 7528: PETER DALE, CAUSEWAY. Post medieval turnpike bridge at causeway formed of slabs over the floor of Peter Dale / Monks Dale. Now sealed under present road causeway. Pack horse routes down north side of present road cut by later pond. (1,2)
