Calton Lees Farm farmhouse, Calton Lees, Edensor, an 18th and early 19th century building. 'Calton Lees Farm, Edensor. Partially extant 19th century farmstead. The farmstead is of a dispersed plan with multiple yards. The farmhouse is set away from the yard. The site is located within or in association to a village. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings.' (1-4) From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF EDENSOR CALTON LEES SK 26 NE 5/92 (West Side) Calton Lees Farmhouse II GV Farmhouse. C18 and early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof with ashlar ridge and gable stacks. Two storeys. East elevation of two plus one bays, the two bay part double fronted and defined by quoins. Doorway with bead-moulded ashlar surround and half-glazed door. To the left a glazing bar sash in plain ashlar surround. To the right a 2-light square section flush mullion window with stepped and bead moulded surround. Two similar windows above. Additional bay to left has at half height a glazing bar sash in plain ashlar surround. Listing NGR: SK2570768129.' (5)
