Conksbury Farm farmhouse, Back Lane, Over Haddon, built in 1725. 'Conksbury Farm, Over Haddon. Partially extant 18th century farmstead. The farmstead is formed of a regular courtyard of L-plan and additional detached elements to the main plan. The farmhouse is set away from the yard. The site is located within or in association to a hamlet. There has been a partial loss (less than 50%) of traditional buildings. (1-4) From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 26 NW 2/107 PARISH OF YOULGREAVE BACK LANE (North Side) ) Conksbury Farmhouse II Farmhouse. 1725 with C20 alterations. Roughcast stone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof with stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, two bays, with later single storey addition to east. Slightly off-centre flush doorcase with lintel inscribed 'S/CF 1725 BH' and C20 studded wooden door. To either side 2-light flush mullion windows, above two similar, all have C20 leaded lights. C20 windows to west gable wall and in addition to east. Listing NGR: SK2101465443.' (5)
