Full Description

SK 1876 7101: ASHFORD LANE, CEMETERY. "Small rectangular burial ground directly off Ashford Lane. Enclosed by dry limestone walls with substantial gritstone stones and dressings to the road frontage. This raised frontage is largely ruined, but large rubble piles adjacent to the road contain massive gritstone door jambs/gate posts. The headstones (somewhat disturbed) range in date 1709-1904. (1).
