Full Description

Thornset Fields Farm, New Mills. 17th century farmstead. The farmstead is of a dispersed plan with buildings arranged along a routeway. The site is in an isolated location. with one or more of the structural elements dating to the 18th centuryLarge modern sheds have been identified on the site, and may have destroyed or obscured historic buildings. The condition and extent of survival of traditional buildings is uncertain. (1) (2) (3) (4)
