Full Description

SK 1323 8378: Little Mam Tor, Flint knife: Flint knife found. (2). Circular flint knife, of diameter 2½ inches, found before 1877. Now in Bolton Museum. (4). Knife retained in Bolton Museum, but there is no history of the find. Provenance given as 'Mam Tor'. (6). A discoidal polished flint knife (Clarke Type 1), found on Little Mam Tor, 230m (250yd) south-south-west of Mam Farm. (7). Neolithic/Bronze Age flint knife. (8).
