Chapels at Belper Cemetery, Matlock Road, Belper, built in 1859. From the National Heritage List for England: 'MATLOCK ROAD 1. 5167 (East Side ) Chapels at Belper Cemetery SK 34 NE 8/225 II GV 2. 1859. One building consisting of 2 identical chapels flanking central entrance arch and linked to it by one storey, one window sections on each side. Tower with broach spire above arch. Coursed stone with buttresses and banded slate roof. Decorated style. Building stands high on hill slope and is a local landmark. Listing NGR: SK3506749026.' (1)
