Full Description

The remains of a modern (?) building platform, south-east of Ember Farm, west of Matlock Bath was identified during a high-resolution Lidar survey undertaken in the winter of 2015/2016 by Bluesky. The survey was commissioned by Trent and Peak Archaeology on behalf of DerwentWISE Project. (1) The feature is of a regular rectangular shape and does not feature on early mapping. (2) Visible on Bing Maps. (3)
