Full Description

Evidence for ridge and furrow dating to the medieval period has been identified during the high-resolution Lidar survey carried out during the winter of 2015/2016 by Bluesky. The survey was commissioned by Trent and Peak Archaeology on behalf of the DerwentWISE Project. (1) The ridge and furrow are narrow and very straight. (2) The ridge and furrow are visible on Bing Maps. (3)
