Full Description

Evidence for a medieval to Post-Medieval pit or hollow has been identified north of Wood End, during a high- resolution Lidar project undertaken in the winter of 2015/2016 by Bluesky. The survey was commissioned by Trent and Peak Archaeology on behalf of theDerwentWISE Project. (1) The pit or hollow is located in an area of ridge and furrow. See record MDR22482 (2)
