Full Description

Evidence for medieval ridge and furrow has been identified north of Meadow Wood Farm, during a high- resolution Lidar survey undertaken in the winter of 2015/2016 by Bluesky. The survey was comissioned by Trent and Peak Archaeology on behalf of the DerwentWISE Project. (1) The ridge and furrow can be characterised as narrow and straight. (2)
