Full Description

SK 131 825: Winnatts, ?Round Barrow (?Site Of): Bronze Age burial mound, 25ft in diameter and 1ft in height, sited south east of Winnets Head Farm (SK 13048290). (1). Dimensions: Diameter is 8m (25ft), Height is 0.3m (1ft). Identified by the Hunter Archaeological Society. (2). The site could not be identified at or near the reference given, in 1988. There are natural knolls nearby which may have been mis - interpreted. (3)
