Full Description

Evidence for possible quarrying remains in Birch Wood has been identified during a high-resolution Lidar survey undertaken in the winter of 2015/2016 by Bluesky. The survey was commissioned by Trent and Peak Archaeology on behalf of DerwentWISE Project. (1) The quarrying remains are of an uncertain form and therefore characterisation is not possible.
