Full Description

Post-medieval pitched path made from small sandstone slabs leading from Bagshaw to the west over boggy ground and over a bridge [MDR22784]. The slabs of this path are approximately 0.3m wide. This path is marked on maps from 1880, the date of the earliest available map to show such features. (1)
