Gilbury Gate Farmhouse, Brook Bottom Road, New Mills, an 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 11/10/2018 SJ 98 NE 2/10 NEW MILLS BROOK BOTTOM Gilbury Gate Farmhouse (Formerly listed as Gilbodygate Farmhouse) GV II C18. Two storeys in coursed rubble with stone slate roof with stacks at gable ends. Three windows, two of three lights flanking a single light and surrounds, casements, above two windows of three lights. Centre door in moulded stone surround. Later extensions to rear. Listing NGR: SJ9857286361.' (1)
