Full Description
An evaluation carried out in 2017, where trenches were situated over anomalies that had been identified during a 2014 geophysical survey, revealed a series of linear features and a pit of uncertain date: '…including a rectilinear ditch, a number of other ditches, and a single pit. The features, confirmed the results of the geophysical survey and were concentrated round the higher part of the site (northwest corner).' (1)
