Full Description

Post medieval finds recovered at Peak Moor Quarry, Lees Road, Stanton, of late 18th to 20th century date. During a watching brief carried out in 2017, three fragments of whiteware dating to between the 19th to 20th centuries, a flower pot fragment dating to the 20th century, and a clay tobacco pipe stem dating to the late 18th to early 20th centuries were recovered.
