15th or 17th century pottery, off Rosliston Road South, Drakelow.
One body sherd of 15th to 17th century Cistercian type ware or Midlands black ware was recovered during an evaluation carried out in 2017. The piece was black glazed on both sides, and from a thin walled cup or jug. (1)
