Full Description
Linear and other features, between Common End, Eggington Road and Jacksons Lane, Etwall, of unknown date.
During a geophysical survey carried out in 2015 in advance of proposed development two roughly paralell linear anomolies, oriented northeast - southwest were recorded on the eastern part of the survey area, in addition to a number of smaller, potentially archaeological features scattered throughought the area. These features were in addition to a discrete area identified as a rectilinear, ditched enclosure in the western part of the survey area. (1)
