No. 47 Newbold Road (West Lawn), Chesterfield, built c1840. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. 5169 SK 3871 NW 5/155 NEWBOLD ROAD (North East Side) No 47 (West Lawn) II GV 2. Circa 1840. Ashlar facade to Abercrombie Road, red brick to Newbold Road. Main or Abercrombie Road facade of 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes, with glazing bars to ground floor. Good centre iron trellis parch. Hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves. Listing NGR: SK3812271654.' (1)
