2. Circa 1840. Ashlar facade to Abercrombie Road, red brick to Newbold Road. Main or Abercrombie Road facade of 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes, with glazing bars to ground floor. Good centre iron trellis parch. Hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves.
